Lady Gaga certainly knew how to bring the final four American Idol contestants out of their comfort zones. The superstar served as last night’s mentor on the hit Fox singing competition and shook things up! James Durbin later admitted, however, that he felt a bit uncomfortable with Gaga’s actions — in particular the hands-on hip shaking guidance she provided.
“when I found out we were working with Lady Gaga I didn’t know what to expect, because you never know what to expect,” James said last night on-camera during the rehearsal package.

it's not always easy to get police reports…it is public record, so you can never be denied access to them…BUT in some cases you may be asked to submit official FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) paperwork….this is just a writen request for specific information…the police dept. [or any other gov't agency] then has 21 days to produce the information
I am making an independent film and want to use a few news clips that have celebrities in them. I know I need to get the license from the news source, but do I also need to get permission from the celebrity or is this considered fair use or public domain?
