   Try going to a halloween store. Most should sell the lingerie and the puffy white slip (which is a petticoat).

   See if you can go to a thrift store.
   Or if you have a friend ask them if they have any old dance costumes they dont want anymore.=] You can use materials from thosee:D

   buy the corset from urban outfitters or forever and you can get thos skirts on ebay. just type in crinoline and find one thats ending today so it arrives before halloween

   to make the crinoline

   you need a half slip sew some tulle around , ask someone if they have an old white half slip than go to the fabric store and buy some white tulle

   go to Value Village and see if you can find one , unless you are going to use it later on they are expensive to buy .
