[HMG Celebrity News] – The legal conservatorship imposed on Britney Spears after her breakdown in 2008 is due to be lifted, according to latest reports. And the singer will finally regain control of both her life and her money, heaven help us all.

The legal ruling was imposed on January 31st of 2008 and transferred all control of her life to her father, Jamie. Britney lost all access to her children and was also committed to the UCLA Medical Center psychiatric ward in L.A. It has been in effect ever since. But sources say her improved mental state means it’s set to be lifted.
